150 ha land in Diamniadio - Dakar

Let us sell a land of 150 ha in the new urban pole of Diamniadio, Dakar, Senegal.
The Diamniadio pole is structured around the “Diamniadio urban pole” project, the Bargny mineral port and the planned industrial development projects.
In 2013, the Diamniadio pole had nearly 100,000 inhabitants. With the structuring projects planned in this zone and the existence of urbanizable areas, this pole will probably experience rapid demographic and economic growth. Within the perimeter of the Diamniadio urban center, it is planned to accommodate nearly 300,000 inhabitants.
However, this area is currently marked by the presence of non-urbanized or traditional neighborhoods in certain municipalities, a dispersed industrial fabric, mixed with housing and the presence of old unrestored quarries. It is also characterized by, the low level of equipment, exposure to coastal erosion which is a permanent threat to certain infrastructures and homes.
